- Digital Transformation: Lead the organization's digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. This may include implementing new technologies like AI, machine learning, or blockchain.
- Cloud Computing Strategy: Develop and implement a cloud computing strategy, leveraging cloud platforms to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Champion the use of data analytics and business intelligence to inform strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and gain valuable insights.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal service delivery.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in leading and implementing large-scale technology projects.
- Strong technical expertise: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Strategic thinking & planning: Ability to develop and execute long-term technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Leadership & management skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams. Experience in managing budgets and resources.
- Communication & interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
